Yeah, The Scientist looks to be the focus of much sympathy. Poor guy had no idea what he was getting into...

Recently he said
Assume that I am under watch. Can't sleep.
Do you think "can't sleep" could mean that he is working on something special? Or is it simply insomnia and fear?

It could be both. I would lean more towards the fear/insomnia one. I'd be afraid to sleep when people are watching me!

Maybe he starts making the dolls to calm his nerves, then gets a better idea for them...?

Huh, that's an interesting thought... Though it might take away from the notion that they're "destined" to make things right...

I have a theory that the Scientist's thinking about a mistake he had done - the B.R.A.I.N. Soon he understands that the soulless of the Fabrication Mashine is a mistake. So, due to save the world, he comes up with an idea of creating robots who have a soul. He knows that the Chancellor's people're watching him, so he makes his creatures very doll-alike, so that it wouldn't look surprising if the Scientist'll be searched - he's an ex-toymaker and all.

There's another QR code (3rd or 4th one now). It's in the bottom left corner of the newest defaced poster. I wish the image had a higher res...
Nobody ever figured out the 2nd one and this one is sooo tiny, so I guess it's just another thing on "the list", eh? They probably just have links to a new clips or something... nothing important

He created them to be so tiny, that the people watching him won't see what he's doing. So they won't steal his ieda or report to Chancellor because..... whatever the Scientist makes the Chancellor will use it for war!

I wouldn't doubt that The Chancellor is expecting some sort of rebellious reaction from The Scientist regarding all this craziness... He's trying to start some sort of conflict, perhaps to ruin The Scientist's good name and justify his false ownership of the B.R.A.I.N.
This could lead to the "The Scientist, Enemy of the State!" article on the twin's poster.

The words are really tiny, but I was able to read the messages on the screenshots you showed, 13.
The letter from the Chancellor in the last image says:
"For immediate release
Chancellor's Office
Comrades,
Today dawns a new era. Let us praise this new technology. Welcome, to the age of the Machine.
It will create new machines in its own image. Machines of peace that will usher in a glorious new era of wealth and prosperity.
This journey is one that must be taken together, and I applaud you, the People, for following the right path.
-- The Chancellor"
---
I'm guessing that the Scientist created BRAIN, then the Chancellor passed off the BRAIN as his own, renaming the machine to "Fabrication Machine". On the second-to-last screenshot, on the left corner, there is an image of BRAIN and below it, it says, "Fabrication Machine". On the last screenshot, on the right corner, there's concept art of the Walkers. I guess the Chancellor taught BRAIN/Fabrication Machine to design the Walkers... and soon, these machines destroyed the world, thanks to the Chancellor? Maybe Scientist knew this beforehand, and began creating the dolls?

Cool pics 13! I really like the pics of the Walker and new ones of the Chancellor. Now reading that letter and Final's theory, makes me think that the Chancellor is pushing it too far.

I think this is a departure from the ''evil scientist'' cliche. Yes! That's what I really like about hte movie. The fact that the Scientist's not just another mad freak, who suddenly created a monster is pretty reassuring. There's another QR code (3rd or 4th one now). It's in the bottom left corner of the newest defaced poster. I wish the image had a higher res... Nobody ever figured out the 2nd one and this one is sooo tiny, so I guess it's just another thing on ''the list'' , eh? They probably just have links to a new clips or something... nothing important Which posters do you mean? Ones, posted by 13?
