Well, there was a post for the Cat Beast, so why not? XD That robot - it just scared the crap out of me. Very chilling, not to mention the fact that it used a lure... ; It was like a horrible combination of a cobra, an angler fish (in terms of the lure), and the Other Mother. (From Coraline. C'mon. Doll head and needles.) And that's my view on this beast, how about the rest of you? ^_^

*shudders*
That thing creeped me out... a lot... I'm guessing they created this one's look for the soul purposes of acting as a kind of deceiver and to just freak people out beyond all belief!
I mean... it has the HEAD OF A BABY DOLL. That is just... freaky!

It scared me like mad. My mom even called it disturbing, which it was...but it was utterly awesome at the same time. One must either be increadibly creative to come up with it.....or just on drugs. Either way, it definetly gonna be one of those creatures I will have a hard time forgetting

Am I the only person who wasn't really freaked out by the Seamstress? I mean, it has some creepy scenes in the movie, and it's certainly not pretty looking in any way or form, but I always thought the catbeast was more creepy/scary... Especially with that scene where it reaches into the can after 9, suddenly. It actually made my friends and I jump. XD

When I saw the clip of it, I always thought of the baby-head from Toy Story. And to this day it still creeps me out. ; I wonder if I'm the only one. At least it isn't like the clown-doll from Poltergiest. But it does have something in common with it. ... Oh God, Seamstress/Clown-Doll crossover crack. XD Awesome.Monster crack is only allowed in the MB.

Oh yeah seamstress is creepier then all get out!
And thats what I love about it! The design brings out such a visceral response in people its amazing! ;D that in itself is an achievement. I think the cat beast is awesome but not really creepy. None of the machines made me have any reaction close to the one I got when seeing the seamstress.
Great job Shane!

I practically curled up in a ball in my seat with both hands over my mouth to keep from screaming lol, the head just got to me cuz I sorta have a fear of dolls *is embarrassed*
I was just so mad that those darn machines used poor 2's body as a lure on it!

I was freaked out the first time I saw the Seamstress. Then I saw the clip, and thought it was really cool how the freakiest-looking monster also has a really creepy attack method, with the whole hypnotizing-them-with-the-body-of-their-dead-friend and all, especially since at the time, I assumed the Seamstress itself had killed 2 offscreen for even more creepy points. Though at the same time, I was also sad because I already liked 2... anyway, the Seamstress is my favorite of the monsters because it's so bizarre and disturbing, and I like its snakey slithering, and its sounds that remind me of Honey, I Shrunk The Kids.

Don't be embarrassed to be afraid of dolls, haha. I wouldn't play with them when I was younger, they freaked me out. (Stuffed animals for the win.) Coraline only reinforced that fear. XD And then the Seamstress confirmed it.. ;

I have that same issue with baby dolls, stitchpunk1, and the way it used 2 was revolting to me. At the same time, the catbeast has the skull of a formerly-living cat, which gets major ick-points...and Annadesu, that scene has made me jump each of the three times I've seen it. XD

I love the seamstress! ;D
I think it looks like a cobra~spider like creature. It has the snake-like body and spider-like legs that use thread to wrap up it's victims. The thread reminds me of spider web.
It's an awesome creature indeed!!!

Acker really did his best to exploit every inborn, common phobia in this entire population: snakes, spiders/insects, grubs/worms, needles and topped off with creme de la creepy, the doll head. That thing is going to give me serious nightmares.

Geez, first time I saw the Seamstress in the trailer I was like: '0_0 Wha-' Cat Beast doesn't count since it's entrance was like: "Boo!'
I don't remember having a reaction like seeing the Seamstress for the first time either.
Creepy doll face + slow close-up = Creeped out reaction. Just, dang.

*cringes* This thing made me more afraid of dolls than Coraline did. The Cat Beast just made me jump in my seat, but that was only when it suddenly tried clawing at 9 and the noise was so loud and jumpy.
But when I saw The Seamstress a chill ran down my spine. I've never been afraid of things such as snakes or insects, but doll heads are just plain creepy.
And using poor 2's body as a lure. DX
