Creepy and disturbing are probably the best two words to use when describing the Seamstress. This creature thouroughly creeped me out. I hate dolls actually, and the doll head used for the Seamstress was just......eck.
And I kinda wanted to beat the crap outta the Seamstress for using 2's dead body to lure the others. I mean seriously?! That's just plain rude...and sad. I felt for 5 when he saw 2's body being used in that way. DX

The first time I saw her, I freaked out. But, when I see her more and more, she starts reminding me of Kaa from The Jungle Book (the Disney version). XD
It's the hypnotism. It's GOT to be the hypnotism.

Hm...she does kind of resemble Kaa...but I don't think of her that way, lol. I see her as a creepy, ingenious, hypnotizing, snake-type...thing. In Shane Acker's words, "Giant Vampire Godzilla". That totally fits her. XD And now that I've seen the movie a bajallion times I really like the Seamstress. She's one of my favorite monsters.

Yeeesh, that thing was creepy.
I saw the movie with some friends, and after the movie we were all saying that we weren't gonna be able to sleep that night because we would be afraid that the seamstress would come kill us.

When I first saw the seamstress, I was impressed. One of the machines I just can't help but love while hating for how they hunt......I mean, that's just positively cruel. And yet, ingenious. And the machine's design? Just bloody amazing.

GUYS.
Have you ever lain awake at night, trying to fall asleep and letting your mind wander? Well mine wandered over to the Seamstress, and started questioning some things: Why, for instance, did the Seamstress sew 8's mouth shut, but DIDN'T sew 1's or 7's when she had the chance? There didn't seem to be much of a point for it... until I stupidly realized that she did so to keep 8 quiet, and maintain her role as AMBUSHER.
GOD I felt so silly for just realizing that now, but it felt awesome too. I love Fridge Brilliance.

Great thinking, Snowi! 8 yelling would've likely alerted 1 to it's presence too early, I guess. Smart beast.
Heh. Whenever someone asks how creepy the movie is, I always describe the Seamstress to 'em. It works. XD

Hey, did anyone else notice that when 1 hit the ground, the coin fell off his hat, but in the next shot, it was back on again, and then once more it was off? I love continuity XD
I'm gonna get shot for saying this, but when I first saw the Seamtress, my thoughts were: THE TERMINATOR AND CHUCKY MIXED WITH KAA THE SNAKE, THE OTHER MOTHER AND JACK SKELLINGTON. Don't ask.
The Seamtress scared the trash outta me, but now I can watch the scene and I don't flinch. It's in fact one of my favourite scenes! The only thing that ticked me off was the lure. That's just downright cruel and sad. I felt so sorry for poor 5... D:

; Lady... Gaga? lolz Personally, I always thought the Seamstress looked like an umbrella when it breaks/turns inside out. Atleast, the head part. The body is obviously a mummy snake XD
