*exalts Vance as well* Does Vance's idea remind anyone else of I Am Legend? Because that's what it reminds me of!
*now imagines the epic trailer music that starts at 1:55 playing in a trailer for Vance's RP*

Vance, that is really cool! *exalts as well* That theory shows some wicked thinking. 83 An excellent premise for an RP too (is it a new one, or too late? Cuz you're got me curious).

Well, this is more soul-based then the machine bodies themselves but... Think about what the stitchpunk's purpose is: To release their soul and create new life. Its their main porpuse (among other things). Therefor, don't you think the the soul would eventually deteriorate through time? For instance, the survivors, 9, 7, and the twins, because they didn't fullfil their purpose, wouldn't they eventually die? I think it would be a good topic for discussion *hides*

I don't think souls could deteriorate, honestly. Energy can't be created or destroyed, right? The body holding them could, though. So, eventually, 9, 7, and the twins would all join their buddies up in the sky. XD As for rust? Very possible. Maybe getting "glitches" too. Hehehe

My fanmade character 0 has illnesses, I guess... he is very violent, and is bipolar! Oh well, you would expect this coming from the most elderly of them...

For that, you'll have to create a fan-made original character and submit it Zenoah or Anna for approval to get the password This way, random folks can't hop into the Roleplay and just spam the stories with junk ^^;

I know that I'm reviving this thread, but while I was on a site with a bunch of generators (SeventhSanctum), there was a generator of diseases. And generating up new things again and again, I ended up getting quite a few things that could count for stitchpunk illnesses, whether body-wise, mind-wise, or soul-wise. In fact, I might end up creating symptoms and such for them and using some!
Steel Melancholy Memory Stroke Delirium Fits Madness Paralysis Ultimate Memory Lunacy Inflammatory Disorder Zombie's Grave Ague (could be related to rusting) Soul Decay Iron Inflammation Soul Inflammation Delirium Madness Ultimate Nervous Paralysis Soul Sore Madness Fever Steel Reflux Soul Madness

Memory Stroke? That sounds interesting. And Ultimate Memory Lunacy.
So does the latter happen when the stitchpunk have a memory overload of their past human lives and just go nuts? Or something a bit more?

I was thinking that another way it could occur was if the stitchpunks' brain got damaged or something, so a side-effect in that respect would be that their old memories are lost, or their memories might become corrupted. Either way, whether it be due to memory confusion or memory overload, it affects their brains and they go crazy. And just now I had the idea that Memory Stoke could be a sudden burst of memory change, going in either of the two ways mentioned above. It could actually be said to a somewhat of a precursor to Ultimate Memory Lunacy. ... Wow, I ought to write more description things for them!
