Sooooo way back on Monday ( I know, right? ) my family and I went to the pool with my cousin Rex, who I have turned into a 9ist. Before we could pick him and Nax up (she had slept over at his house), we had to stop at several places to pick up some stuff (*coughcough*... my sister stole my swimsuit and I had to get a new one... *cough*). Now, I have a little brother and a little sister who are very close in age and they love each other, a lot. So while we were at the Wal-Mart, they were holding hands and laughing and goofing off, saying that they were each others' bestest friends...
Anyways! While getting them in the car and buckling their car seats I was all: "Aww... Are you two like 3 and 4?" Because you know, they'd been holding hands and huggng each other sort of like the Twins do.... And my brother's like: "Yeah!" and then he thought for a moment and frowned and then said, "No... we're like 3 and 5!" XD He had just turned 5 a few days earlier and my little sister had yet to turn 4. My mom laughed with me and said: "Maybe if you had asked a few days EARLIER!"
MY MOM KNOWS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!! XD BOOYAH!!!bbbb
(My brother is sitting in my lap as I type this.... ignore any random 'b's or other random letters. XD)
Sooo, when we FINALLY picked up Nax and Rex from his house and got to the pool, the three of us were on a total 9999999999999999 (KNIL!!! XD) high and couldn't control ourselves. All of us went down to the gdouble water slides and were debating whether or not to go on slide 1 or 2 and Rex was all:
"2!!! Duuuuh!!! Out of 1 and 2, who is the coolest?!"
We couldn't argue with that... (We decided that 2 WAS 100 times cooler than 1.... Rex was offended when I originally said he was 10 times better and made me increase the number XD) and the second slide WAS a lot faster than the first one. XD As we rolled into the pool at the bottom of the slide, Rex was laughing and screaming '2 WOULD HAVE A BLAST ON THIS THING!!!
!' I agreed, and after Nax rolled out with another cousin, we ran back up.
The line was long, but we were having a blast, so we just passed time by talking about 9 and how the characters would react on the slides... We came up with this list:
1: Slide down squealing like a little girl
2: Totally surfer dude, totally. XD
3/4: ENJOYING IT LIKE LITTLE BOYS SHOULD XD
5: A little nervous at first, but then total surfer dude like 2.
6: Screams the whole way down, but as soon as he hits the bottom is all "LET'S GO AGAIN!!!!"
7: Ninja-chick, all the way down... We're talkin' jumpin' over the coverings and then landing back on her mat perfectly as soon as the tube's open again.
8: Squealin' like a girl, baby!!!
9: Just having the time of his life. I think he'd be like me, totally excited and screams all the way down for the heck of it. XD
After a while, Rex and I were the only ones left at the slides out of our group. We were DETERMINED to go down at LEAST 9 times. Rex and I just started talking 9-nonsense and about my random 9 dreams (I don't think I've ever heard him laugh so hard when I told him that 6 and 4 were fighting over Pi... check the dream forum XD).
We also started coming up with little 9 'non-cuss-words'. XD They go as follows:
"SON OF A 6!" (We could not do this one without laughing. XD)
"Oh for the love of the creator..."
"WALKER!"
"YOU FREAKIN' SEAMSTRESS!!!" (This one got sooooo many looks XD)
"Oh my freakin' Nuh-iiiine, Rex!"
.... moving on. XD
Sooo, when we finally reached our 9th time (Those lines were LOOOONG D8), we were both really hyper and practically jumping around in joy. The lifeguard was seriously fearing for our sanity. *grins* MY LIFE IS COMPLETE!!! Soo... all the way down our 9th trip, we sang my little brother's 9 song and squealed like girls all the way down.
The people's face when we rolled out screaming: "NIIIIIIIIII-IIIIINE!!!!" was pure laughter. XD We were tired after that and decided to head back to the Lazy River and float around for a while... And then we went to the rapids and reused all our 9 swears because we kept getting stuck. XD
We passed the whole afternoon just laughing and teasing each other...
When we were leaving, all exhausted and zoned, my mom was playing Pearl Jam's
Last Kiss and I was singing along... as soon as I finished Nax tapped my shoulder and I glanced back at her... She had one of those pouty lips and was trying to hide a smile as she said:
"It's 9's song."
I just started laughing, 'cause in my head I was already making a 7/9 video. (Which you will never see 'cause Rae can't make videos!)
When we got home and were all showered, we decided to redo our 9 review..... We had to start over 9 times because we kept getting interrupted. XD Eventually we just gave up and just sat around giggling like the tired idiots we were...
We were up until 1:30 on the chat room that night and we finally went to bed. XD
Rex. Would. Not. Shut. Up. *eyetwitch*
And to make him shut up I said this:
"Rex.... shuddap, and go to sleep, or I will draw 1/8 and glue it to your forehead."
He did not say another word. XD
... I think I've covered all our madness...
