This has been bugging me for...oh, ever since the movie first came out. I'm sure we've all by now seen that one poster of the Chancellor with the phrase 'Victory Demands Sacrifice - Pay the Price for Freedom'. But what I've been wanting to know is this: What kind of font is it? The mock Russian font they use on the poster, I mean. It's on at least one other promotional poster - one with an angular view of the Chancellor with airplanes. Anyone's welcome to give any clues, leads, and/or suggestions they might have. And once it's been confirmed, feel free to drag this to the Scrapyard afterwards. Thanks a lot in advance! And sorry I can't post the poster itself. I'm just a big sucker (and rather paranoid) when it comes to rules, such as the Attachment Agreement . Update 9/2/11: For those of you that desire a visual of what I'm talking about, I managed to find a 'vandalized' version of the poster. Though blurry, the font can still be seen. If anyone finds a sharper, clearer picture (especially the clean version of the poster), they're more than welcome to post it in their reply.

I know what you're talking about, but I have no idea what that font is. I'd actually really like to know myself. 8| And you're allowed to post any picture you want as long as it doesn't feature adult content. :3 Just copy and paste the URL of the image and put [ img ] IMAGE URL [ /img ] at the ends (without the spaces, of course). You can pretty much disregard the Attachment option completely. XD If you need help with anything else, please don't hesitate to ask in the Forum Help thread. 83

...that's a good question. It might be a custom one for the movie, or something. o.o;

Yeah, Azure made the title font back when the movie first came out, it is still around for download actually.
But I don't know what this font is... maybe someone can replicate it like you said.

Well, I've been messing with Photoshop, and that font SORT OF looks like AR DESTINE. But that's as close as I can match. =/

... That was a lot faster than I thought it would be. Either way, thank you so much, Jet! Is there a way to get this link elsewhere on the site for other members to see and download? Also: First seen on DaFont since 2005? So this was swimming around the Web a good few years before the movie. Kinda makes you wonder about how the '9' crew got hold of it .

They probably just found it online, contacted the creator, and used it. It's a free font, they can pretty much do what they wish with it.

It didn't take that long to find... it seriously took me five minutes on DaFont to find it.
