appearently Patch Together doesn't do copyrighted characters. sorry, guys.
but if anyone knows of any toy designer sites that might do copyrighted characters like that, please tell.
----------------------
hey, there's this website called patchtogether.com that allows you to upload a concept for a toy and let's the public vote on it. if it gets enough votes, it will be made into a real toy!
I thought this would be a great idea, since the only figures for 9 that where ever made are 9 and 1, and I'm sure everyone would love to have a figure of 5, or 6, or whoever is their favorite character.
so what do you all think?

I'd love to see more figures be made because the public saw the many 9 fans out there! We just need a good artist to draw out the concept and be specific. We should make sure the new figures are just as good as the ones NECA made.

Hmm... I'm not sure about that. I don't think that's allowed due to copyright laws and all.

Yeah, I don't think you can do official characters =/ If you want your OC made into a figure, that might be possible (if people vote for it).

*thinks of her own OC 12 as a figure* that would be wicked.

That would be hard to find, a company that does copyrighted characters. You'd probably have to find a Chinese company, that makes rip off stuff. Usually, that stuff isn't good quality.

Maybe we could send mail to the company that made the 9 and 1 figures and ask if they would make figures for the other characters?

Maybe we could send mail to the company that made the 9 and 1 figures and ask if they would make figures for the other characters? I think there's a 3% that they would consider the idea. I think the only way they'd consider it, would be if you bribed them with a lot of money. I don't know HOW much, but it's probably going to be a lot. Also, I don't know if they're still making the 9,1,&7 action figures, since the movie came out on blu-ray/dvd out a while back.

If it's high in demand, they'll make it. So, maybe if alot of us wrote letters to them asking them to make the rest of the stitchpunks, they would consider it high in demand. I don't know how many of us, at least a few hundred. It would work if EVERYONE on the forum would write letters, but not everyone has the time or really cares. The only definate way they'll make the rest of them other then that is if Shane makes a prequel and that's a long time from now.

I'm not really looking forward to a sequel though. Sequels are hits or misses and they're usually big misses. But, I think if we got enough people (Like 500) and if they wrote at least 4-5 letters saying how they should distribute the action figures, they might just do so. Well, at least if it was close enough to 9's 9 anniversary.

Do one of those online petition things? I'll sign it.
Well, if I win the powerball, I will mass produce some action figures for everyone.
But, that's unlikely to happen. SO GO BUY SOME CLAY. :B

Or what if like one person contacted the company and asked them how many people they would need to want a product before they make it, and then we can all get a petition started?
