I think it's short for Fabrice something-or-other in this case. Still funny.

*Digs up the old thread* Maybe it's still alive...
The one thing above all that reminds me of "9" is the original "Frankenstein." Life created by man for his own salvation to cheat the death of humanity, the technological expansion of both eras, and the idea of science and alchemy are the keys to the secret of life all can be found in the original Frankenstein. A quote from a musical adaptation of Frankenstein always makes me think of "9". It goes:
"Darkness is done, a new day has come, the dawn of a new revelation. Here in this place, here in this time, the birth of man's salvation."

This reminds me of 9 mostly because... Well, it's a little review of 9 from the Radio Times, but I didn't want to start a whole new thread just for this one clipping and I wasn't sure where else to put it. Also, (borderline MB comment coming up, but I think it's fairly innocuous in and of itself if you don't understand why it amuses me) the name of this mob I spotted in World of Warcraft suddenly got a lot funnier.

I've only seen the TV spots (although I spoiled myself already anyway). I swear that the SFX team that did the sea-serpent in the recent Voyage of the Dawn Treader movie were inspiried by the Seamstress. Obviously no broken dolls-head or threads but-well-just as freaky looking- honestly looks like the Seamstress and Aragog got together and sent the sea-serpent to Narnia.
