I laughed when 6 brought the Pope.
Sounds like something I'd do when twins are in danger xD

Poor Jab. You could try copying them really quickly, and pasting them when the post doesn't go through?

LOL PANDA! That's the best nickname ever for 8.
Now we should nick name the monsters too....
DFM: Cabbage Patch CSM: Cuddles or Fluffy Walkers: Star wars Doc Ock: Doc Ock (Because that was brilliant alright?) Flying monster: Tweety those lil crawly monsters seen in the new trailer: munchkins

I don't know if this has been posted yet and I know that wikipedia isn't the most reliable source in the world, but 5's bio has been changed!
John C. Reilly as 5, a healer, tutor, and skilled mechanic. He is the journeyman of 2, the great engineer and inventor. He is a diligent worker, a meek spirit, and a devoted friend. He is missing his left eye, which he presumably lost in a previous monster attack.
Journeyman = A male trader or crafter who has completed an apprenticeship.
Wow, not only is 5 a healer, but he's a tutor? *images of 5 tutoring 9 xD* Wow, his bio makes him sound like an epic successor of 2 now... Is this news or did I just fail?

I can see the "meek spirit" being right from the bit with 1 and 5 in the new trailer, fighting about 9. It makes sense.

Gee, my stupid nicknames for people seem so dull now. 9- Peter Pan (because of the little knife) 2- Lumiere (because of the candle on his head) 8- Thimblehead (I haven't played Silent Hill, but the joke still came into my head.) I know this is incredibly late, but I think in the topic about the new trailer, people started saying that 5 sounded like Bert. You all got the joke wrong! 5 sounds like Ernie! 1, on the other hand would make an excellent Bert. yoyobionicle: I remember reading he was a stalwart mechanic. How many similar descriptions do you think can be found for one character?

That's so PERFECT I love you~ Thimblehead.... that is not a... aheeheeheeHEEHEEHEEE-- that cannot be a reference to Pyramid Head and his Great Knife...! XD I love Silent Hill. That totally made my day. You're right, I checked the History for the 9 wikipedia page and it describes 5 as a "stalwart mechanic", not "devoted". It is interesting to note that the disambiguation page for the number 9 reads "a 2009 film, based on the short film, directed by Shane Acker and starring Elijah Wood and Jennifer Connelly"

It is interesting to note that the disambiguation page for the number 9 reads "a 2009 film, based on the short film, directed by Shane Acker and starring Elijah Wood and Jennifer Connelly" *whispers eerily* ... and Crispin Glover! (I'm too obsessed with 6) Some of the info has changed on the wikipedia, such as the scientist's bio. It says that he "gave the rag-dolls life at the cost of his own", contributing to the unpopular theory that the dolls are the nine different aspects of his soul. I think that'd be a really cool theory though... because it'd mean there are nine sides to every person xD.
