Indeed, yay War of the Worlds and H.G. Wells! Today, I saw a Key Bank and instantly thought: "Yay! It looks like 6's key! Hmmm...reminds me of something on the Forum. Something about not taking 6's key. Anywho, 6's key looks better."

My buddy has a 6 year who loves both movies (9's his fave). He's pretty thick skinned, as this would have traumatized me at that age. Anyway, after he saw the feature the first time, he was asking questions like: They're robots, right? Won't they short out in the rain? Why do they have souls? (He was able to figure out the latter on his own). If 1's a ghost now, why doesn't his hand go through 9's shoulder?
His Dad's quite proud that his boy's a thinker, needless to say.

Okay, we're doing this thing with knots in woodshop (don't ask me why) called the 9 knot club. So there were some pretty funny things my teacher said during that class.
Like when he was decribing it, he said "Well, it's actually only 8 knots, 1 is a trick."
And then we were making a little booklet of the instructions to make the knots, and he was telling us how to put the pages together, so he said "See how the corner of the pages have numbers? Put 5 on top of 1." I was giggling kinda hard at that point.
And a few days ago, my dad was talking about this logo that was supposed to be a tree but looked like...something else. and then I said to him "But a sideways 3 looks a lot like that too." and then he said "Only if you try to shove a 1 up the side of a 3"
Thank you, dad, for giving me such a nice mental image.

Me and my brother like coming up with funny ideas for other events in our favorite things. Just recentley, we ended up roleplaying this funny scene:
72 (my deviantART friend's stitchpunk, she thinks the stitchpunks are only figments of her imagination, and her action figures are real people): Hi, Grumpy Figment~! 1: Hey. 72: I'm bored! Jazz is too busy to play with me! You wanna play pirates with me?! 1: No. 72: ...Then you wanna play ninjas?! 1: No. 72: You're no fun! I'm gonna see if the Ninja Figment will play with me! (the 'Ninja figment' is one of my OCs) *72 runs off. In silence for a little while, then 1 says something to himself* 1: I'd play a round of strip poker... 2: *popping up suddenly* Did somebody say strip poker?! *1 shoves 2 away by pushing him in the face*
Oh, and if you were wondering, the Jazz 72 is talking about IS the Transformer (in Animated action figure form). XD

I got some more!
In choir we're singing a song that I think really fits 9 and guess how many pages? 9!!
This one is from when my cousin Mikey and I watched 9. It was my 8th time watching the film so I memorized it by then when watcching I kept saying the lines before they came up or when I looked away I could tell the scene and the dialogue to come. So I did it till 9 finds 2 when my cousin goes "If you keep doing that I'm not going to watch with you." I stopped.
Also I was at my aunt and uncles house and told my uncle that I wanted a skeleton key for a necklace (My inner 6 knew me well!) so he comes back from the garage with 3 HUGE JARS OF KEYS! I got 3 to take home and now wear the necklace all the time.
This was a while ago but one of friends in GYM noticed she never gave me a nickname like she did for the rest of our firends i soon tell her to pick a number 1-9. She puts her hand behind her back and I have to guess here's the Convo: Friend: OK Guess. Me: Don't call me 1. Friend: How did you know!? Me: Just don't call me that. Friend: OK. Me: Or 8. Friend: O.O...OK...Guess again. Me: OK you have 5 fingers behind your back. Friend: Dude that's freaky!.

27 made me think of 8 in cat ears and a maid ensemble. THIS SHOULD BE ENOUGH.

Another school moment.
My English teacher was struggling with the DVD remote, player and projector. At one point she goes...
"Where is the source?!"
And I mutter to myself, "The First Room..." Fortunately, no one heard me.

Speaking if school moments...
In first period Science, we just started cleaning up and I noticed two buckets together. The first one was #7 and the other one was #9 and my reaction was, "That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!"

Today, in history we got the joy of looking at Ohio Graduation Test social studies vocab words. On the last page it said 'source' and the teacher explains that it is where information comes from, while I whisper "Or what 6 draws all the time!"
Also today, on the bus I told my friend (who I had watch 9 with me recently) "I have some new songs on my iPod for you to listen to." and she says "Souuunund!" and I say "Yay souuunds! You were quoting 6..."

After seeing Alice in Wonderland on Saturday, my friend and I watched 9, since she had never seen it before (my friend loves it now). Some of the conversations:
7: *does the epical "slaying the Cat Beast" thing* Friend: Wow, he's awesome! Me: *just as 7 takes off her skullmet* 7's a girl. Friend: Oh, SHE'S awesome!
1: *when he is talking to himself* I know what we need, I know what's right! Friend and I: *simultaneously* No you don't!
Me: *right after 9's last dialogue bit, and just before the credits* Wait, the Source has one more purpose! Friend: What? *the Source talisman activates and the credits appear* Me: It's the magical Revealer of the Credits! Friend: *laughs*
And after we watched it... Me: *shows friend my 9 figurine* Friend: Ooh, it's 9! And his lightbulb staff! And *sees the Source talisman and points* THE SOURCE!

Friend: What? *the Source talisman activates and the credits appear* Me: It's the magical Revealer of the Credits! Friend: *laughs* *laughs too* Okay, I have one! I like to watch a Livejournal community known as fandom_secrets, and while a lot of it has some immature, and just plain rude commenters, I still like the idea of the community because it allows people to get things off their chest without embarrassing themselves. And some of the secrets can be funny, and some are just really sweet, such as how one person had their dad say they were proud of the original poster's decision to go into animation after watching UP! Anyway, I went back into the archives and could only find one 9 related secret back in September, and was feeling a bit sad that it had never showed up again, and the very first one posted today was someone admitting that they slashed the movie like hell. It was a nice little bit of squee. I'm a bit afraid that those bitchy people will come on and use it as an excuse to go, "This movie sucks!" but obviously they missed the point of the secret being about pairings and not the movies good or bad points.

I JUST REMEMBERED ONE!! I was in Italian and we had those dry erase boards. I got bored and started drawing the source. The teacher says to erase the boards but on of my teammates takes the board asking what it was. I turn to her and here's how it goes: Friend #1: What's that? Me: The Source... Friends #2: What's the source? Me: It kills my friends and drives me mad. 6 always draws it. Friends: ...O...K? Me: Stop staring at me! you're just like 1!! Yeah...My Italian classmates are afraid of me.

I was doodling the other night, and my mom suddenly goes to my room. She comes back with a pendant that I made a while ago, and is super-excited.
Mom: Look, look, it's the Source! Can I paint the symbols on this, can I? Me: ..............no, it's not quite the talisman. Mom: Drat........will you make me a pendant that is? Me: My mother is an even bigger 9 junky than I am. Mom: And I want to be drawn as a stitch.....will you do that for me?
Then, later, while I'm watching the movie, my mom leans over my shoulder and says-
"No, no, no, you can't do that, bad 1! You go out into the Waste instead of 2, you prick!"
